RESTART YOUR COMPUTER IN THE SECOND STEP

1. Close all open programmes.

2. Shut down and restart the computer.

If there is a problem with the browser, then sign out of Norton Password Manager and sign back in using the extension.

STEP 1: FROM THE BROWSER EXTENSION, SIGN OUT AND RE-SIGN INTO NORTON PASSWORD MANAGER TO BEGIN.

1. Launch your web browser.

2. Click the Norton Password Manager extension icon in the browser’s top-right corner and then click Close vault to close the vault.

3. In the Your vault is locked window, select sign out from the drop-down menu.

4. In the browser’s top-right corner, click on the Norton Password Manager extension icon, and then click Sign In.

5. Enter your Norton account credentials in the sign In window and click Sign In to complete your sign-in process.

If the problem remains, go to Step 2 of the procedure.

RESTART YOUR COMPUTER IN THE SECOND STEP

Exit any programmes and make a backup of any important data.
